Walk In le 20e

20/08 Walk In le 20e

In the 20th arrondissement your heart might sway between: charming little winding streets and large open spaces (Père Lachaise cemetery, Parc of Belleville...), former low farm houses and massive towers that seem to reach for the sky and the clouds, city housing estates of yesterday (made of red bricks and mosaïc) and of today (made of wood, glass and aluminium), trendy and connected youths lingering at terraces of cafés and teenagers wearing sandals and socks ( yes, sneakers are dead, long live sandals and socks!) riding their scooters, and now a little teaser, buildings dating back to the reign of King Louis XIV and places that holds the story of the Paris revolt of the Commune of 1871 ... and the list continues. Ha ha ! Do I see a spark of curiosity in your eyes?

If so...
